HOWEVER HIGH YOU CAN FLY AND THINK YOU ARE FREE,

ALLAH IS GREATEST, MOST POWERFUL, MOST MERCIFUL.

AND HE  LOVES ONLY THOSE WHO  WORSHIP  NONE OTHERS BUT HIM,

AND TRULY BELIEVE THAT PROPHET MUHAMMAD (PBUH) IS HIS MESSENGER.

If you watched  CNN and the like, for the past one week or so, we are reminded of the painful event of September Eleven, 9/11.  It is painful for the people of United States of America., but not so painful perhaps for others who consider US as their enemy. The powerful media of the West and its allies made sure that the people of the world sympathize with the Americans and to beware of the perpetrators whom they believe to be Muslims "extremists".

The controversies about the event of 9/11 is clear and one can read them at appropriate websites. Some say it is the work of the Jews in conspiracy with the US and Israel. It is their own doing so that this most powerful nation in the world today can control others as they pleased. America may be the richest nation and most powerful militarily, but America now lives in fear and always feel insecure.

I do not wish to say who is right in any of the theories given because I am in no position to verify the facts. My wish is to share with my visitors or readers  here that there is only one truth in this wide  world as who can be the ultimate power holder and feel at peace  now and forever. The Quran said: Chapter 24, Verse 55

"GOD  has promised those of you who have attained to Faith and do Righteous deeds that, of a certainty, HE will cause them to accede to power on Earth, #1 even as HE caused (some of) those who lived before them to accede it;  and that, of a certainty, HE will firmly establish for them the Religion which HE has been pleased to bestow on them;#2 and that of a certainty, HE will cause their erstwhile state of fear to be replaced by a sense of security #3 - (seeing that)  they worship ME (alone), not ascribing divine powers to aught beside ME #4. But all who, after (having understood) this, choose to deny the truth - it is they, they who are truly iniquitous".

#1 - Lit.,  cause them to be successors on Earth, i.e: enable them to achieve in their turn, power and security and, thus, the capability to satisfy their worldly needs. This Quranic reference to God's "promise" contains an oblique allusion to the God-willed natural law which invariably makes the rise and fall of nations dependent on their moral qualities.

#2 - Cf  5:3 - "I have willed that self-surrender unto ME (al-Islam) shall be your religion". Its 'firm establishment' relates to the strengthening of the Believers' Faith as well as to the growt5h of its moral influence in the world.

#3 - Lit., "exchange for them, after their fear (or - danger), security". It is to be noted that the term amn signifies not merely outward, physical security but also - and, indeed, originally - "freedom from fear"  Hence the above clause implies not only a promise of communal security after an initial period of weakness and danger (which as history tells us, overshadows the beginnings of every genuine religious movement), but also the promise of an individual sense of inner security - that absence of all fear of the unknown which characterizes a True Believer.

#4 - i.e the believer's freedom from fear is a direct outcome of his intellectual and emotional refusal to attribute to anyone or anything but God the power to shape his destiny.

"Land of the free, Home of the brave" is in the national Anthem of the USA. But after 9/11, the Muslims in the US and in countries of its allies are not so free physically and mentally and emotionally. They are sometimes subjected to brutal and prolonged  hassles. This is what I gather from the  mainstream Media. However, I have no capacity to verify it.Nevertheless I believe that there must be some truth in this.

And sometimes I feel that the Americans are not so brave after all because they waged wars that are preemptive in nature, believing that otherwise their Homeland will be attacked. Brave people will walk tall and will uphold justice without fear or favor. Just look at Iraq. There is no weapon of mass destruction WMD. Iraq will never be peaceful and prosperous again as long as the US is in control directly or indirectly.

After 9/11 and after the social/political revolutions in the Middle East (which are still continuing in some countries) people of good sense will ask the Question. "WHAT IS THE SOLUTION TO ALL THIS HEART BREAKING AND PAINFUL EVENTS?" 

So, my dear  friends, (Muslims and others) PLEASE read and ponder upon the verses of the Quran, inclusive and especially the one above.That is the only answer if we want to achieve the real meaning of peace, and prosperity and happiness, here and the hereafter.
